Is that a camera manual he's reading? He looks like a photographer! Highly intelligent, the right shirt to carry his stuff, a camera around his neck (wait, carrying a camera that way indicates a rank amateur)... oh, well, maybe he's a CDP-er?Lovely portrait!

Great shot; was he aware? I think he is one who considers whether or not to take a photo, then he removes the lens cap. Not a 'snapper'.
No he was not aware... he was looking at the menu.
