Love this one...I'd guess he represents an upscale, chic, jewelry store or men's clothing...his attire is casual but not cheap and it appears he's wearing alligator shoes.
Perhaps business has been slow, so he's taken on some of the more mundane chores to save some money.
It is nice to take good care of your busyness! It is fascinating to watch - the bystander whose reflection is on the window will attest to that :) The lady with the dress is quite stylish also. Great quality - the stars were aligned for you on this one :)
