Great b&w, some interesting plays between the statue and the person.

I like the composition with the two tree crowns in the upper left and right. The little overexposure in the centre behind the statue gives the photo (i.e the statue) a kind of heroic touch - that is decreased by the passerby with his dog, ;-)
Beautiful b&w photo with beautiful composition; wonderful framed! I like the shade made by trees and the statue that looks like a silhouette.
You do such excellent work, Sean. Great juxtaposition here. Silhouettes are magnificent against that backlight!
